Team Member Opportunity (Attendant) - World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2027

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team for the prestigious World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2027 in Davos. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global event that shapes the world's economic and political landscape.

Event Details:

• Date: January 18.01. - 22.01.2027
  depending on the team: arrival 14th or 16th January 2027

• Location: Davos, Switzerland

• Important: Application evenings on 2nd November, 13th November or 23rd November (Zurich), and 17th November (Lausanne)

Attendance at one of the application evenings is mandatory and must take place in person. Unfortunately, online participation is not possible.

Tasks

• Badge issuance at registration desks

• Access control at lounges and sessions

• Assisting in the congress center and surrounding hotels

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years

• Valid work permit for Switzerland

• Excellent English language skills (C1 level or higher)

• Available for the entire duration: minimum 16. - 22.01.2027

• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

• Discreet, committed, and able to work under pressure

• Polite and courteous attitude

• You must bring your own black shoes (professional shoes: 2-4 cm heel, no patent leather)
