This individual serves as the primary administrative point of contact for therapy patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through ongoing treatment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Schedule, confirm and modify appointments using our EMR system
- Verify insurance information and collect copays
- Communicate efficiently with therapists, patients, and other staff
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role working directly with therapists preferred
- Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health
- Proficient with electronic medical records and general computer skills
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills within a remote environment
- Professional appearance/demeanor
- Experience working in a fastpaced administrative environment
- Strong computer proficiency
- Enjoys helping patients and providing outstanding customer service.
- Can confidently manage a high volume of phone calls and appointment scheduling.
- Thrives in a fastpaced, remote environment.
- Pays close attention to detail and follows processes consistently.
- Communicates professionally with patients, therapists, and other team members.
- Takes initiative and is comfortable solving problems independently.
