Control Shift Video is looking for a freelance designer to collaborate with our creative team on project-based work across video, motion graphics, web visuals, and brand content. Our projects span technology, healthcare, energy, consumer brands, nonprofits, and passion projects.



What You’ll Do

• Design visual systems, frames, and assets for video and motion projects
• Support branding, layout, and visual storytelling needs
• Translate concepts into clean, purposeful designs
• Prepare files for animation and production workflows
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design fundamentals and visual judgment
• Experience designing for motion or video
• Clear communication and reliable delivery
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
